Once considered a top priority for PSG, Maghnes Akliouche now looks set to remain at AS Monaco. Despite a standout season (7 goals, 12 assists), his high price tag and fierce competition in Paris have led Luis Enrique to shift strategies. With Doué, Barcola, and Kvaratskhelia already in place, PSG sees no need to disrupt its attacking balance.
Instead, the club is turning inward—betting on 19-year-old Senny Mayulu. The homegrown talent, who scored in the Champions League final, has impressed the staff and will be offered a contract extension. PSG sees him as a major part of the future.
Unless a surprise departure occurs, the Akliouche deal is off the table. Paris is opting for continuity—and trust in its academy.
