Gianluigi Donnarumma has acknowledged his mistake and offered his apologies for the error that led to Minamino’s goal in the match between Paris Saint-Germain and AS Monaco (5-2).
The Italian goalkeeper made a pass that directly found Minamino’s feet, allowing him to score.
While the error did not have a major impact on the final result, Donnarumma evidently expressed his regret for the blunder.
“It’s an important victory at home, and I apologize for the mistake,” he wrote on his social media, before shifting focus to the upcoming crucial match against Newcastle. “Now, focus on the Champions League next week,” he added.
