Harcassment, Distress… Labor Inspection Investigates at PSG Campus

According to information published on October 9 by L’Équipe, a deep sense of distress is affecting some employees at the PSG training center, with several of them having taken sick leave in recent months.

Following these revelations, the labor inspection was called in and visited the PSG Campus at the end of October, according to the newspaper.

During this visit, the inspector reportedly observed a workload that may not comply with regulations, as well as difficulties related to internal management. Meanwhile, the club’s social and economic committee (CSE) has launched its own investigation. Several employees from the training and pre-training center have already been interviewed, and others are expected to be soon.

The PSG Responds

These actions, conducted jointly by the labor inspection and the CSE, aim to establish the reality of the reports of harassment and distress made by some employees.

As the investigation is ongoing, we cannot comment at this stage. The club is particularly attentive to the mental, physical health, and well-being of its employees. For several seasons, continuous work on well-being and prevention has been carried out. The club remains vigilant on these issues,” stated the capital club.
