And another blow for PSG. The injury crisis continues. The evening had started well against Newcastle with an early goal from Vitinha, but it turned when Khvicha Kvaratskhelia injured his right ankle after a tackle by Anthony Elanga in the 22nd minute.
An ankle injury that worries Paris
Unable to put any weight on his foot, the Georgian left the pitch supported by the staff and Achraf Hakimi, and was replaced by Désiré Doué. So far spared by injuries, he will now have to wait for the results of the tests to learn how serious his absence will be.
