Neymar, the outburst that shocks Brazil!

Neymar’s return to the Santos lineup against Flamengo (3-2) turned into a caricature. Back from injury and recently reappointed captain, the Brazilian star displayed several outbursts reminiscent of his worst moments.

Neymar is back… and Neymar is being Neymar. Annoyed by his teammates’ long passes, he crossed the entire field to take a goal kick himself instead of letting his own goalkeeper do it, a shocking scene that went viral on social media in Brazil.

As if that wasn’t enough, he also unleashed on the referee, calling him “arrogant” and “pathetic,” before receiving a yellow card that means suspension. “The referee is very bad. Besides being bad, with all due respect, he is arrogant. That’s the word. Every time they come to the locker room, they say it’s the captain who can talk.”

Neymar is just a shadow of the great Neymar

“When we want to talk, he turns his back and runs away. When I talk to him, he threatens me. It’s complicated. I got a yellow because he threatened me. He said, ‘If you come near me, I’ll give you a yellow.’ I said, ‘Can’t I talk to you?'” he stated.

Substituted in the 85th minute, he left the field furious… just before Santos scored twice without him.

His attitude even frustrates his club. Criticism is pouring in from all sides, particularly from former international Neto, who accuses him of dragging Santos down to Serie B. With five matches left, the club is on the brink of disaster, and Neymar appears more nervous than decisive, a pale shadow of the genius he once was.
