Désiré Doué’s accelerated recovery raises hopes at PSG
While early estimates predicted a return… in 2026, Doué appears to be defying all expectations. The former Rennes player is recovering at high speed, to the point that his return to competition could take place before the end of 2025.
Doué 2025, it’s almost a done deal. At PSG, no one wants to skip steps, but the signals coming from the player are excellent: the sensations are back, training on the pitch is getting closer, and according to the newspaper, “a wind of optimism is blowing across the Campus.”
The catastrophic scenario seems to be fading away: Doué could indeed sign an early comeback, to everyone’s surprise.
