PSG is active for a striker at €55M

Aston Villa wants to secure the future of Morgan Rogers, the club’s offensive revelation. According to TBR Football, discussions are underway to offer him a new major contract, at the level of the highest salaries in the team, such as Emiliano Martinez, Ollie Watkins, or Youri Tielemans.

Revealed since his arrival nearly two years ago, Rogers is now one of the most promising offensive talents in the Premier League. His rapid progression, confirmed with his first goal for the England national team against Wales, is attracting many European giants.

Chelsea, where Joe Shields – the man who discovered him – is pushing to recruit him, is at the forefront. But Liverpool, Arsenal, Bayern Munich, and PSG are also closely monitoring his development.

PSG, in particular, was impressed by his performance in the Champions League last season when Rogers shone against Paris, even scoring a goal at the Parc des Princes.

At just 23 years old, he could even be in contention for a spot in the 2026 World Cup with England, which would only increase his value. Morgan Rogers is currently valued at €55 million by Transfermarkt.

For Aston Villa, extending Rogers is crucial: either to keep him as a key piece of the Emery project or to secure a huge transfer fee. But the more he shines, the more European heavyweights circle around… and the situation is becoming heated.
