The Parc des Princes froze in horror. After Hakimi and Dembélé, it was Nuno Mendes who sent panic through the stadium on Tuesday night. While attempting a defensive slide against Bayern, his foot slipped, his knee twisted violently the wrong way… and the Portuguese full-back collapsed instantly.
The scene was brutal — Mendes’ knee bending on a defensive run during PSG–Bayern Munich. Terrible images, and the verdict is just as cruel: PSG are in the middle of a full-blown injury crisis.
The club released its medical report… and it’s a disaster. Four injured players, three long-term absences, an infirmary overflowing. After the 2–1 defeat, Paris took a second punch to the face.
Hakimi, Dembélé… and now Mendes: the nightmare spiral
Hakimi has suffered a severe ankle sprain and will miss several weeks. Dembélé? Hit in the calf, sidelined again. And Mendes? The worst of all — a left-knee sprain after that horrifying twist. He too will be out for weeks.

Luis Enrique under water
Désiré Doué continues his rehab with no return date. PSG says another medical update will come after the international break, but the situation is already alarming: a depleted squad, a defense in pieces, a suffocating calendar. Luis Enrique is forced to improvise every match.
Paris hoped to move on from the defeat… but the nightmare is only getting worse.
