Dark evening for PSG: defeated by Bayern (1-2), the Parisian club lost both Dembélé and Hakimi to injury. The brutal tackle by Luis Diaz, which caused the Moroccan’s exit, continues to provoke reactions even within the Bayern camp.
Already weakened by a series of physical issues since the start of the season, PSG saw two of its starters leave the pitch prematurely against Bayern. Ousmane Dembélé first abandoned his teammates in the 25th minute, before Achraf Hakimi fell victim to a violent tackle from Luis Diaz just before halftime.
Injured in the ankle, the Moroccan full-back could miss between three and five weeks of competition, according to initial estimates. This is another blow for Luis Enrique, who is already missing several key players.

Asked after the match, Bayern defender Josip Stanisic did not shy away from the question about his Colombian teammate’s action. While he acknowledges that Diaz “needs to be smarter,” the Croatian made a joke that may not sit well: “Did he apologize to the team? No, he didn’t. We thanked him (laughs). I’m joking! He was happy. Like all of us.”
However, this comment is likely to raise eyebrows on the Paris side, as Hakimi’s injury understandably raises concerns.
