PSG – Strasbourg: disaster or comeback? The medical update raises doubts, and Luis Enrique hasn’t helped… Here is the probable lineup.
PSG has finally shed light on the status of its injured players ahead of the clash against Strasbourg… and it’s still a puzzle. Three players officially absent, others “available” but uncertain to be on the match sheet. Luis Enrique is moving forward in uncertainty. Three confirmed absences:
Ousmane Dembélé: still in the recovery phase. He is progressing but will only rejoin the group if the final tests are conclusive. PSG refuses to rush things with their Ballon d’Or winner. Fabián Ruiz: in full rehabilitation. Return delayed, collective training impossible for now. João Neves: prolonged situation. Despite progress, the staff has decided to extend his recovery program. No risk.

Total uncertainty for the key players
Barcola, Kvaratskhelia, Désiré Doué, and Marquinhos are not mentioned in the medical update… but that guarantees nothing.
Luis Enrique remains mysterious: “I don’t know. The medical update is one thing, what I want on the pitch is another. We need to talk with the players.”
Désiré Doué & Kvaratskhelia → Normal training, should be in the squad.
Bradley Barcola → Still uncertain, possible individual training start.
Marquinhos → Possible absence? PSG will not take any risks for Strasbourg and Leverkusen.
Willian Pacho → Returned late from Ecuador, may be rested.
Leader… but under pressure
Only one point ahead of OM. Paris must win, but Luis Enrique will have to tinker with his eleven. Here is the probable lineup:
Chevalier – Zaïre-Emery, Zabarnyi, Beraldo, Hernandez – Vitinha, Lee, Mayulu – Barcola or Mbaye, Ramos – Kvaratskhelia
