PSG Make Their Two European Stars Permanent
In Ligue 1, the Paris shirt remained without a star, as if the club wanted to clearly separate its domestic identity from its status as European champion. This season, however, the approach looks far more deliberate. The two stars first appeared during pre-season matches, then in the UEFA Super Cup, before being kept for the Trophée des Champions and worn again on the opening Ligue 1 matchday away at Rennes.
