PSG without Désiré Doué for a while. But there is no panic in Paris. The player’s serious injury, a muscle tear, will not disrupt the strategy of Paris Saint-Germain. According to Le Parisien, the club has no intention of rushing into the market, and the possibility of a reinforcement is not even being considered to compensate for any potential physical risk.
Luis Enrique and Luis Campos remain aligned on a clear philosophy: not to overload the squad and to avoid decisions made in haste. The duo believes that adding another player could upset the locker room by creating unclear roles and unnecessary frustrations.
There are enough players to fill his position
The staff also considers that the current squad already has a sufficient offensive range. Mayulu, Barcola, Dembélé, Lee, Kvaratskhelia, Ramos, and Mbaye offer complementary profiles and allow for covering Doué’s absence without disrupting the hierarchy.
PSG is therefore moving forward with its current group, convinced that the solution will come from within rather than the transfer market.
