Luis Enrique, the coach of Paris Saint-Germain, shared his thoughts on Canal+ Sport after the victory against AC Milan.
After the setback, came the awakening. PSG secured a resounding 3-0 victory over Milan. According to Luis Enrique, the turning point that liberated his players was Kylian Mbappé’s thunderous goal: “What pleased me the most was the result. From the moment of Mbappé’s goal, we broke free,” he said.
“If we need to analyze the match, I believe Milan was better than us in the first 20 to 25 minutes. We couldn’t find solutions, and it cost us a bit. But from the goal, we broke free, and we started the second half well.”
