WhoScored has reignited the rumor mill by revealing five possible destinations for Cristiano Ronaldo after Al-Nassr, with PSG included on the list. But how realistic is it? Here is what is being reported. According to WhoScored, Ronaldo’s future in Saudi Arabia remains uncertain, and several options are already being discussed in case he leaves Al-Nassr. The Portuguese superstar, who previously played for Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus, continues to fuel transfer speculation around the world.
Among the options mentioned is Wydad Casablanca, a surprising but reportedly credible lead that could offer Ronaldo a new continental challenge and a major ambassador and leadership role in Africa. The scenario would combine sporting impact with strong symbolic and commercial value.
Return to Europe, MLS move, or shock PSG switch
A return to Real Madrid is also being considered, in a short-term and symbolic role to bring leadership and experience during a more unstable period for the Spanish club. In the United States, the Los Angeles Galaxy stands out as another strong possibility, thanks to the marketing appeal of MLS and the potential to revive his rivalry with Lionel Messi.
PSG is also listed among the possible destinations because of its global exposure and European ambitions, while a return to Sporting CP, his boyhood club, would provide a meaningful end to his career. Other clubs remain in the background, but these five options are currently the most discussed.
The Ronaldo-to-Paris rumor is not new. He nearly signed for PSG in 2018, and Patrice Evra revealed that the Portuguese forward seriously considered the move when leaving Real Madrid, before ultimately choosing Juventus. According to his former Manchester United teammate, the Paris project genuinely interested him at the time, alongside Chelsea and Juventus, but the transfer never materialized. Years later, it was Lionel Messi, not Ronaldo, who joined the French club, and with PSG’s current direction under Luis Enrique focused on limiting superstar influence, such a move now appears unlikely.
