PSG are dreaming big again — and this time, the name on everyone’s lips is Julian Alvarez. The Argentine striker, currently at Atlético Madrid, is reportedly growing tired of life in Spain and could be ready for a new challenge.
Luis Enrique is said to be a huge admirer — Alvarez’s pace, versatility, and work rate make him the perfect weapon to supercharge Paris’ attack.
But there’s a catch: according to Sport, Atlético won’t even pick up the phone for less than €150 million. A crazy price, but typical of the Madrid club’s hardline negotiations.
PSG waiting, Barça out of the race
Barcelona, also interested, have already backed out due to their financial troubles. PSG, on the other hand, are keeping close tabs on the situation. Luis Enrique reportedly wants to push the deal forward next summer.
With 7 goals and 3 assists already this season, Alvarez looks ready for a bigger stage — and Paris knows a player like this doesn’t stay on the market for long.
A complete forward, a sky-high fee, and a ruthless club: it’s the recipe for a transfer saga. If PSG really want Alvarez, they’ll have to go all in. The battle has only just begun.
