Désiré Doué’s Cousin leaves PSG, it’s confirmed

Eddy Doué is apparently set to leave Paris Saint-Germain. The 20-year-old midfielder, a U21 international and cousin of Désiré Doué, has stood out in recent months with his performances for the Parisian youth teams, attracting interest from abroad.

According to Le Parisien, his departure to Portugal is now well underway. The newspaper claims that an agreement has been reached in recent hours between PSG and Estrela Amadora, currently 12th in the Portuguese league. Paris is said to have agreed to release their player in exchange for a percentage of any future sale.

There are still a few details to be settled on the player’s side, but the matter is clearly well advanced. Recruited by PSG from Dunkerque, Eddy Doué has never had the opportunity to play with the professional team.

Nothing is official at this stage, but this Portuguese option had already been mentioned by L’Équipe in recent days. With the confirmation from Le Parisien, it would now be very surprising if the transfer does not go through. Everything indicates that Eddy Doué is close to turning the page on his Parisian chapter to truly launch his career abroad.
