Often the second, third, or even fourth choice for Luis Enrique, Gonçalo Ramos is set to remain at PSG. According to Le Parisien, a winter transfer is not on the table.
This is one of PSG’s lingering enigmas. Despite being the club’s top scorer in the first half of the season, Gonçalo Ramos is experiencing a paradoxical campaign. Effective when he plays, yet frequently confined to a secondary role by Luis Enrique, the Portuguese striker has nonetheless kept a low profile.
Ramos’ Situation at PSG
As reported by Le Parisien, no departure is being considered this winter, neither by the player nor by the club. Under contract until 2028, the former Benfica forward has never demanded more minutes, nor has he asked to leave.
In Paris, Ramos feels settled. Even with limited playing time, he remains calm about the future, convinced that his place with Portugal ahead of the 2026 World Cup is not under threat. A quiet winter, perhaps too quiet, for a striker who still leads PSG’s attacking statistics.
