It is now a done deal for Ibrahim Mbaye. The young forward is leaving Paris Saint-Germain to continue his career in the Premier League with Aston Villa. According to RMC Sport, the player has just signed his contract with the Villans.
The transfer is estimated at €55 million including bonuses. An agreement had been reached between PSG and Aston Villa in recent days for that amount, before Mbaye gave the green light to the English club.

At just 18 years old, Ibrahim Mbaye is now set to discover the Premier League. A product of PSG’s academy, the Senegal international made 42 appearances for the Paris first team, scoring four goals and providing four assists since making his professional debut in August 2024.

Aston Villa had been monitoring the young forward for several months before stepping up their pursuit in the final days of the transfer window. Several other clubs had also shown interest in Mbaye, but the Villans managed to convince both PSG and the player. Mbaye is expected to commit his long-term future to the Birmingham club, with Le Parisien reporting a five-year contract with an option for an additional season.
For PSG, the deal represents another significant sale from a financial perspective. The French champions could receive up to €55 million for a player developed in their own academy, just hours before the summer transfer window closes.
