The Lucas Beraldo file is starting to gain momentum in Turkey. According to reports from the local press, the Brazilian defender has been offered to Beşiktaş by intermediaries, and negotiations are said to be currently underway between the various parties, according to Turkish outlet Sözcü.
The Istanbul club, which is in the midst of reflecting on its winter transfer window, is multiplying its leads in order to strengthen its squad. The black-and-white management is notably working on a list of profiles approved by Sergen Yalçın, while remaining attentive to market opportunities passed on by agents and intermediaries.
Beşiktaş Closely Monitoring the Beraldo Option
In this context, the name of Lucas Beraldo quickly caught attention. A young defender with a modern profile, capable of playing in a back four as well as in a three-man defense, he meets several of the criteria sought by Beşiktaş, particularly in terms of build-up play and defensive mobility.
No official offer has been announced at this stage, but the ongoing discussions show that the Turkish club is seriously studying the feasibility of the operation, whether in the form of a loan or a permanent transfer. Several parameters still need to be clarified, notably the financial conditions and the position of the player’s parent club.
