Announced as being close to Al-Ittihad and PSG, Rodrigo Mora (18) will not be moving after all. Despite limited playing time under Francesco Farioli at the start of the season, the young FC Porto attacking midfielder has decided to stay and believes in the Dragons’ project.
Last summer, Mora was on the verge of joining PSG… or even moving to Saudi Arabia. But in the end, no transfer took place for the Portuguese prospect. He will remain at Porto, at least for the coming months.
“I’m grateful to play for FC Porto”
“Things are going really well, and the coach is bringing in some very interesting new ideas. Many important reinforcements have arrived and, above all, the group is very united. I’m very happy, I feel the support of the fans, and I’m grateful to play for FC Porto,” the Lusitanian told Canal 11.
The Saudi transfer window remained open until Wednesday night, but Mora closed the door to a move. His focus now is on progressing at the Estádio do Dragão.
