Ousmane Dembélé could miss France’s third-place Nations League match against Germany—and more worryingly, might be a doubt for PSG as well.
The winger was subbed off late in the dramatic 5-4 loss to Spain, and according to L’Équipe, he’s dealing with a minor muscular issue in his left quadriceps. While not considered serious for now, the French medical staff is monitoring him closely.
With the Club World Cup fast approaching, PSG are pushing for caution. The Parisian club wants Dembélé fully fit for the competition and may prefer he skips Sunday’s game to avoid aggravating the issue.
It’s another nervous wait for PSG, who are already facing mounting pressure after several injury scares this season. Dembélé has been key to their recent success—and his health is now a top priority in Paris.
