Fresh off their Champions League triumph, Paris Saint-Germain is entering a new era—and their future home is taking shape. The club has officially confirmed it will deepen studies for a new stadium at two shortlisted locations: Massy and Poissy.
The goal? To build a modern, sustainable, high-capacity stadium that matches PSG’s global ambitions. With the Parc des Princes no longer meeting the club’s expectations, the move marks a major shift in strategy.
“For several months, PSG has been exploring potential sites for a new stadium. This project reflects our ambition to offer a world-class, innovative venue capable of delivering an exceptional fan experience, while staying true to the club’s identity and passion,” the club announced in an official statement.
Massy and Poissy: Two serious contenders
Massy offers strong transport connectivity to Paris, major cities and Europe, plus growth potential near the Saclay science hub.
Poissy benefits from its proximity to the PSG Campus, local ties, and a promising partnership framework.
Both sites are already developed areas—a key criterion for the club.
Decision still pending
No final decision has been made. PSG is conducting its studies transparently and in collaboration with local authorities. For now, the team will remain at the Parc des Princes.
Victoriano Melero, PSG’s General Manager, underlined the stakes: “To stay competitive, we need a stadium that meets our ambitions. We are moving forward with precision and high standards. Our goal is clear: to build a sustainable, exemplary stadium in line with our sporting and economic objectives.”
A defining moment in PSG’s evolution—sportingly, financially, and territorially. The path is set… and the Parc’s days may be numbered.
