PSG’s strategy is crystal clear: invest in youth and top French talent. After signing Lucas Chevalier and Désiré Doué, and with the rise of Barcola and Dembélé, Luis Campos and Luis Enrique now have even bigger ambitions.
One hot name on the list is Ibrahima Konaté. The Liverpool defender, out of contract in June 2026, has yet to extend. At 26, a France regular and Paris native, he ticks every box. Real Madrid are lurking, but PSG intend to make their move.
Another dream target: Michael Olise. The left-footed winger is highly rated by Campos and Enrique, but he recently extended his deal with Bayern until 2029, and the German club consider him untouchable.
After a relatively quiet summer, PSG are clearly preparing a huge 2026 transfer window, with one goal in mind: strengthening the squad with French players already proven at the highest level.
