Luis Enrique seems to have found a new command post: the stands. The PSG coach once again took to higher ground during the 4-0 Champions League win over Atalanta.
The Spaniard opted to watch the first half from the Parc des Princes tribunes, a deliberate choice. “I watched the first half from the stands because I get a better view of the game. I saw the players handle their pressing brilliantly. It’s easier to analyze the opponent’s identity and pressing from up there,” Enrique explained.
From that elevated vantage point, he was able to dissect Atalanta’s system and confirm his team’s control. What may have started as an experiment could become a lasting habit.
