PSG struggled in the first half against Bayern Munich, dominated early on and shocked by Luis Diaz’s quick double. With two key players injured, the team’s ability to respond was hampered.
An injury to Luis Diaz before halftime gave PSG a numerical advantage, but it did little to change the game’s momentum. The Parisians were often stifled and unable to match Bayern’s intensity.
Injuries to Dembélé and Hakimi
In the second half, PSG showed more initiative, with Kang-in Lee and João Neves pushing forward. Neves eventually scored, briefly sparking hopes of a comeback.
Despite territorial dominance and several close chances, PSG couldn’t find the equalizer. The match ended in a frustrating 2-1 loss, marred by a poor start and lack of finishing power.
