PSG vs Tottenham: Luis Enrique confirms Dembélé Return… under condition

PSG can breathe a sigh of relief: Ousmane Dembélé is very close to making his return. Injured in the calf during the defeat against Bayern Munich (1-2, on November 4), the French winger should indeed be available for the clash on Wednesday evening (9 PM) against Tottenham in the Champions League.

He was not present for PSG/Le Havre. But if all goes well, Ousmane Dembélé will at least watch the clash against Tottenham from the bench, with perhaps a few minutes of play if the score is in favor of Paris.

Luis Enrique confirmed it in a press conference: barring any setbacks, Dembélé will be in the squad. “If there are no problems, he will be called up,” assured the Parisian coach.

“We will be more cautious than usual”

But the Spaniard insists on caution. There is no question of rushing things with such a valuable player. “We will be more attentive than usual. Having Ousmane back is good, but we need to be careful,” he warned. A much-anticipated return… and closely monitored.
