PSG is furious after the refereeing of Clément Turpin against Monaco. In the first half, Lucas Chevalier was violently hit by a reckless tackle from Lamine Camara. Only a yellow card was issued, no VAR was consulted, and the images left Paris stunned.
Luis Enrique, without saying too much, still expressed his annoyance by highlighting that his goalkeeper was “very lucky.”
“He was very lucky today. I think that… I won’t say anything more because it’s not my job, but it’s incredible. Lucas Chevalier was very lucky,” the Spaniard stated to beIN Sports.
The Parisian club even took advantage of the break to share photos of Chevalier’s ankle, clearly marked by the impact. This was a way to remind everyone of the seriousness of the incident, as even the goalkeeper admitted to fearing a real turning point in his career. Paris clearly believes that the punishment should have been more severe.
