It is already the end of the Danish adventure for Yoram Zague. According to information from Foot Mercato, FC Copenhagen have decided to put an end to the loan of the 19-year-old right-back, who arrived last summer from Paris Saint-Germain to gain playing time and experience.
The loan clearly failed to deliver. In six months, Zague played 15 matches in all competitions and scored two goals, but that was not enough to convince the Danish club to continue. Copenhagen therefore chose to terminate the loan early.
An Uncertain Immediate Future for Yoram Zague
The player is expected back in Paris in the coming days, but his immediate future remains very unclear. Two scenarios are on the table: another loan to keep accumulating minutes, or a possible reintegration into Luis Enrique’s rotation until the end of the season.
The problem is that this early return was absolutely not planned by the Parisian management. PSG did not expect this situation to reopen so quickly. And according to L’Équipe, Zague should not stay in Paris for the second half of the season. The club is currently working on a solution, either in the form of a new loan or a permanent transfer, to finally give him the continuity he needs.
The case could therefore speed up very quickly. For Yoram Zague, the objective is clear: find a project where he can play, improve and relaunch a trajectory that has just suffered a serious setback.
