Marquinhos, Kvara, Dembélé… PSG stars’ salaries revealed!

Paris Saint-Germain has made a major shift in its financial strategy. According to information from Le Parisien, the club reduced its wage bill by 55% between 2022 and 2025. The era of overpaid superstars is over: management has introduced an internal salary cap and is now focusing on a core of young players with strong sporting value and growth potential.

This new policy is clearly reflected in the hierarchy of the squad’s gross monthly salaries. Ousmane Dembélé ranks first with €1.56 million per month. He is ahead of Marquinhos (€1.13M) and Achraf Hakimi (€1.1M), with Lucas Hernandez next at €1M.

A younger squad with more balanced wages

Next come Vitinha and Warren Zaïre-Emery, both earning €950,000, followed by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (€910,000) and Nuno Mendes (€900,000). The younger profile of the squad is confirmed, with several key players positioned below the one-million-per-month mark.

Further down the list, Désiré Doué, Bradley Barcola, and Chevalier each earn €500,000. Zabarnyi receives €450,000, Gonçalo Ramos €445,000, Fabian Ruiz €435,000, and João Neves €400,000. Lee stands at €310,000, Pacho at €280,000, Beraldo at €270,000, and Safonov at €250,000. PSG now fully embraces a more controlled strategy: fewer XXL salaries, more balance, and priority investment in youth and collective development.
