PSG is just 90 minutes away from a new final. And Vitinha believes the Parisian collective can make it happen. The Portuguese midfielder emphasizes the balance within the squad led by Luis Enrique, where every player is ready to step up.
Collective Strength at the Heart of PSG’s Success
“The greatest compliment I can give this team is that if one player doesn’t feel well or is absent, the team keeps moving forward,” he explained to UEFA’s website. A way of underlining that no one is indispensable in this squad.
Vitinha also stressed each player’s ability to raise their level: “Any player who comes on will do the same thing, and sometimes even better.” For him, the key lies in cohesion: “What defines a real team is when everyone thinks the same way and knows what they have to do.”
