The curtain has fallen on Carlos Soler’s adventure in London. After a season-long loan at West Ham, the Spanish midfielder is heading back to Paris… but without making much of an impression.
West Ham have decided not to trigger any purchase option, officially confirming Soler’s return to PSG this Friday. Despite 33 appearances in all competitions, a lacklustre finish to the campaign has sealed his fate.
Still under contract with Paris Saint-Germain until 2027, Soler isn’t expected to stay long. PSG are keen to offload him this summer, with Valencia dreaming of a reunion and Napoli also monitoring the situation.
A crucial summer transfer window lies ahead for the former La Liga star.
