Luis Campos, the football advisor of PSG, has heavily recruited players from the agency of agent Jorge Mendes, and this has reportedly caused significant internal discontent, as per Foot Mercato.

Gonçalo Ramos is set to join PSG, becoming part of Jorge Mendes’ stable, along with several other PSG players. The list includes Carlos Soler, Vitinha, Fabian Ruiz, Renato Sanches, Marco Asensio, Cher Ndour, and Kang-In Lee, all represented by the Portuguese agent.

But that’s not all. Jorge Mendes is also involved in the Bradley Barcola deal, as well as in those of Pablo Sarabia (recently sold to Wolverhampton) and Keylor Navas (linked to Nottingham Forest).

“As often happens when an agent holds so much sway due to the number of players he represents, it causes discontent internally. This is especially true at Paris Saint-Germain, where things are not simple due to the organizational structure,” reports Foot Mercato. The case of Gonçalo Ramos, whose name was reportedly not well-received “higher up,” has reportedly caused tensions.

This transfer window has been quite controversial, similar to the previous summer and winter windows. Luis Campos was brought in to help steady the ship. Will his close association with Jorge Mendes cost him his position?
