Leipzig Set Two Massive Conditions for PSG to Sign Yan Diomandé

Paris Saint-Germain have been warned. If they want to sign Yan Diomandé this summer, they will have to meet RB Leipzig’s demanding terms. The German club has no intention of making life easy for one of Europe’s brightest young talents and has reportedly set two non-negotiable conditions.

With the 2026 World Cup coming to an end, PSG are expected to accelerate their transfer activity, and Diomandé has emerged as one of their top targets. According to Bild, Leipzig’s first demand is a transfer fee exceeding €100 million, a figure that would immediately place the Ivory Coast international among the most expensive transfers in football history.

Leipzig Want One More Season with Diomandé

The asking price is not the only hurdle. The German club also reportedly wants Diomandé to remain in Leipzig for the 2026-27 season on loan after the transfer is completed. In other words, the buying club would have to pay a record-breaking fee while waiting an entire year before the winger could join the squad.

This arrangement would allow Leipzig to secure a spectacular transfer while continuing to benefit from one of their key attacking players for another season. It remains to be seen whether PSG will accept such demanding conditions. Although Diomandé is considered a priority attacking target for the Parisian club, Leipzig’s stance could make negotiations significantly more complicated in the weeks ahead.
