Defeat, injuries, and concerns: PSG experienced a dark evening against Bayern Munich. Ousmane Dembélé and Achraf Hakimi, both substituted early, could miss several weeks of competition.
Having already lost 2-1 at the Parc des Princes, PSG saw two of its key players join the injury list. Ousmane Dembélé, who was started despite a thigh issue felt in recent days, lasted only 25 minutes before being substituted, this time due to a calf injury.
But the hardest blow came at the end of the first half: a violent tackle from Luis Diaz severely injured Achraf Hakimi’s ankle, with the Moroccan leaving the field in tears, unable to put his foot on the ground.
5 weeks for Hakimi?
At the end of the match, Luis Enrique was cautious, explaining that he was waiting for examinations to determine the exact duration of the absences.
The initial reports from L’Équipe suggest a potential absence of 3 to 5 weeks for Hakimi, which would delay his return until early December, just before the Africa Cup of Nations. Another bad piece of news for a PSG already weakened by a series of physical problems since the start of the season.
