PSG Preparing a Major Goalkeeping Shake-Up

According to L’Équipe, the Parisian club are on the verge of signing an 18-year-old goalkeeper, who could reportedly arrive from Spain.

The player’s identity has not yet been revealed, but PSG are clearly anticipating a major change in their hierarchy. Internally, Renato Marin could even become the backup goalkeeper next season if Chevalier leaves the club this summer.

Signed in 2025 as the future leader between the posts, Lucas Chevalier never fully convinced Luis Enrique. Benched since the start of 2026 before suffering a right thigh injury, the former LOSC goalkeeper is seeing his future in Paris become increasingly uncertain week after week.
