Paris Saint-Germain could still have another surprise in store before the end of the summer transfer window. According to PSG Inside Actus, the French champions are seriously considering reviving their interest in Eli Junior Kroupi, although any move would depend on departures from Luis Enrique’s attacking department.
Kroupi could still join PSG despite undergoing surgery and facing an expected recovery period of three to four months. The key condition would reportedly be the departures of both Bradley Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye.
Barcola and Mbaye departures could unlock Kroupi deal
If both forwards leave Paris, PSG could move quickly for Kroupi to restore depth to the squad. Initially, the young French attacker would be expected to provide another option in Luis Enrique’s rotation while competing for a more important role once fully fit.
PSG reportedly believe Kroupi has the potential to develop into an important player for the club. The financial side of the operation would also depend on how much Paris receive from their outgoing transfers, particularly with Barcola and Mbaye potentially generating significant fees.
The final weeks of the transfer window could therefore determine Kroupi’s future. Should Barcola and Mbaye both leave the French capital, the youngster could quickly emerge as one of PSG’s main late-market targets as the club looks to complete its attacking rebuild.
