The Ronaldo name could soon make headlines again at Paris Saint-Germain. According to several British media outlets, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr is already attracting interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs, including PSG.
What if Cristiano Ronaldo signed for PSG? Not the legendary star himself, but his son. At just 15 years old, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr has been impressing with Al-Nassr’s youth teams. Although he could eventually have the chance to play alongside his father in the senior squad, the young forward is reportedly leaning toward a return to Europe to continue his development in some of the continent’s top academies.
PSG Monitoring Cristiano Ronaldo Jr Closely
PSG are said to be keeping a close eye on his progress, along with Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, according to The Sun. Having already experienced life at elite clubs during his childhood, Cristiano Jr previously spent time in the youth systems of Juventus and Manchester United while following his father’s career moves.
The young Portuguese talent’s statistics are already drawing serious attention. During his time with Juventus U9, he scored 58 goals in just 23 matches. More recently, he has also shined with Al-Nassr’s U15 side, finding the net 56 times in 27 appearances.
PSG, always attentive to the world’s most promising young talents, could therefore attempt to position themselves in a transfer race that is both highly marketable and full of potential.
