It’s crunch time for PSG. After a shocking 0–1 defeat to Botafogo, Luis Enrique’s men have no margin for error. They must beat the Seattle Sounders tonight at 9PM (CET) to hope for qualification to the Club World Cup round of 16 — and even then, they’ll need Atlético to beat Botafogo.
Their 4–0 demolition of Atlético raised expectations, but PSG were quickly brought back to earth. Now it’s win or go home.
Seattle, already out with two losses, will play freely — and that makes them dangerous. Currently 6th in MLS, the Sounders are dreaming of a major upset.
