The Paris Saint-Germain are wasting no time securing their future. After extending Hakimi, Vitinha, Nuno Mendes and even Luis Enrique last year, the club is preparing a new wave of contract renewals — with Willian Pacho leading the charge.
The 24-year-old Ecuadorian defender, who arrived from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer of 2024, has quickly established himself as a key player. Already tied to the club until 2029, Pacho could soon see his deal extended and his salary increased, according to Le Parisien. Negotiations led by Luis Campos are said to be “moving in the right direction.”
PSG wants to lock down its core players
Paris is once again using the autumn-winter window to secure its top performers. Alongside Pacho, Ousmane Dembélé, Bradley Barcola, Gonçalo Ramos, and Kang-in Lee are also expected to enter talks soon. Other priority renewals include Fabian Ruiz, Senny Mayulu, and Ibrahim Mbaye, whose contracts currently run until 2027.
Pacho remains a top priority
Nothing has been signed yet, but optimism reigns in Paris. The club wants to protect itself from potential European offers, while Pacho — happy and settled in the capital — shows no desire to leave.
The message is clear: PSG is locking down its backbone for the long term.
