Real Madrid Annoyed By PSG and the Anti Mbappé Campaign

Kylian Mbappé and PSG experienced another episode of their personal “war” on Monday, a saga in which Nasser Al-Khelaïfi seems unable to turn the page a year and a half after the events. And this standoff annoys… Real Madrid.

The financial-ego war between PSG and Kylian Mbappé is causing ripples in Spain. This is reported by Defensa Central, which is closely following the case.

Kylian Mbappé is demanding before the labor court that PSG pay him what is stipulated in his contract, as well as compensation for the damages suffered, as explained by his lawyer Delphine Verheyden.

Madrid offered 200 million

But beyond this standoff, it is PSG’s position that displeases Madrid. During the hearing this week with Mbappé’s lawyers, the club stated that it expected to sell the player for 180 million euros. Mbappé ultimately joined Madrid for free.

However, the statement caused an uproar on the side of Real Madrid. According to Defensa Central, the merengue club recalls that in 2021, Florentino Pérez had put a bid of over 200 million euros on the table, which went unanswered. This attitude is deemed disrespectful, illustrating, according to them, how PSG has handled the case.
