The Paris coach mainly insists on the importance of maintaining maximum intensity before facing Arsenal. Even the match against Paris FC is being treated like a full-scale rehearsal for the final. “The best way to prepare for the Champions League final is to perform well,” Luis Enrique reminded everyone.
The Spaniard also praised the mentality shown by his squad this season despite injuries and the relentless schedule. “I am happiest with the resilience we have shown throughout the season,” he admitted. As for Arsenal, Luis Enrique also refused to accept the role of favorite: “In a final, it is impossible to determine a favorite.” One thing already seems certain: PSG are arriving at full speed for the biggest match of their season.
