If Paris Saint-Germain defeat Arsenal in the Champions League final this Saturday in Budapest, the club is already preparing a spectacular celebration through the streets of Paris. And unlike the traditional victory parades, the PSG players are not expected to travel on an open-top bus.
According to Le Parisien, Ousmane Dembélé, Marquinhos, Désiré Doué and their teammates would join supporters on foot. The route would begin at the Joffre Esplanade near the École Militaire before heading toward Place Rueff, located directly opposite the Eiffel Tower.
A Unique Victory Parade in Paris
Between 80,000 and 100,000 supporters are expected to gather around the Champ-de-Mars to accompany the players along the route. Fans would be able to line both sides of the procession, creating an unforgettable atmosphere and allowing them to celebrate close to the Parisian stars.
According to Le Parisien, PSG and the City of Paris have been working for several days on organizing the massive public celebration. A large stage equipped with pyrotechnics would be installed at Place Rueff, allowing the players to present the trophy to the crowd.
With the Eiffel Tower serving as the backdrop, the images promise to be spectacular. PSG hope to create a celebration that will capture worldwide attention if the club secures the first Champions League title in its history.
