On the pitch, they represent two rival football giants. But away from the stadiums, Kylian Mbappé and Ousmane Dembélé remain inseparable. The two France stars have reportedly already planned a vacation together following the 2026 World Cup.
According to RTL journalist Morad Djabari, Mbappé and Dembélé have already booked a holiday with several other French internationals. It is yet another sign of the strong bond that has united the two forwards for many years.
Mbappé and Dembélé’s Lasting Friendship
The PSG-Real Madrid rivalry has done nothing to weaken their relationship. Despite Mbappé’s move to Real Madrid and Dembélé’s remarkable success at PSG, highlighted by back-to-back Champions League titles and a Ballon d’Or, their friendship remains as strong as ever.
“That shows just how close Kylian Mbappé and Ousmane Dembélé are. They are true friends,” explained Morad Djabari. Their connection is often visible during France national team gatherings. Before thinking about beaches and sunshine, however, both players still have a mission to accomplish: helping France go as far as possible in the World Cup. French supporters hope those vacations will not begin until after the final on July 19 in New York.
After that, Dembélé will set his sights on more silverware, including a third Champions League title and another Ballon d’Or challenge. For Mbappé, a new chapter awaits at Real Madrid under new manager José Mourinho, alongside several new signings such as Denzel Dumfries and Ibrahima Konaté. Bernardo Silva, one of Mbappé’s close friends from their Monaco days, is also expected to arrive, with perhaps even more surprises to come during the transfer window.
