Newcastle have made a move for Lucas Beraldo. According to PSG Inside Actus, the English club submitted an opening offer worth €30 million for the Paris Saint-Germain defender.
Newcastle have tried to tempt Beraldo away from Paris, but their proposal was immediately rejected by PSG. Long viewed as one of the players who could leave the French capital, the Brazilian has reportedly convinced Luis Enrique to give him a more prominent role in his plans.
Luis Enrique Plans New Midfield Role for Beraldo
The Spanish coach is considering using the 22-year-old more regularly in midfield. Beraldo’s technical quality, passing ability and versatility could help him take another step forward next season.
