Paris Saint-Germain wants to share its success with those working behind the scenes. After another exceptional season and a second consecutive Champions League title, the Parisian club’s management has decided to award a new collective bonus to all of its employees.
According to Le Parisien, PSG is preparing a significant reward for its staff: a bonus for everyone. The news was announced to club employees by email on Wednesday evening. More than 800 employees will benefit from the payment, which is linked to the club’s results during the 2025-2026 season.
Nasser Al-Khelaifi Rewards PSG Employees
In his message, Nasser Al-Khelaifi emphasized the collective nature of PSG’s success, both on and off the pitch. The Paris president believes that sporting achievements, as well as the club’s economic development and the growth of the PSG brand, are the result of the work carried out by all teams. He therefore confirmed a new collective bonus for the 2025-2026 season, although the amount has not yet been disclosed. Paris enjoyed another trophy-filled campaign, winning the Champions League for the second year in a row, Ligue 1, the Trophée des Champions, the UEFA Super Cup and the Intercontinental Cup.

This is not the first time PSG has financially rewarded its employees. Following the historic 2024-2025 season and the club’s first Champions League triumph, staff members received a collective bonus of €4,500. An additional €640 was then paid in March 2026, bringing the total to €5,140 per employee for that season.
The amount of the latest bonus now remains to be revealed. After securing back-to-back Champions League titles, PSG has once again chosen to ensure that hundreds of employees share in the rewards of the team’s success.
