After several days of intense negotiations, PSG have secured their new attacker. PSG and Barcelona Agree on a €50 Million Deal

According to Mundo Deportivo, the transfer fee will be slightly below €50 million, with no bonuses included, meaning the negotiated amount will be the final price of the deal. Fabrizio Romano, meanwhile, reports a €50 million operation and has given the famous “here we go,” confirming that everything is now agreed after several days of final negotiations. Torres reportedly only wanted to join PSG.

Ben Jacobs has also confirmed the decisive breakthrough, reporting that an agreement in principle has been reached for around €50 million and that Torres has been authorized to complete his move to Paris. The various sources therefore agree on the main point: PSG and Barcelona have reached a deal, with only the usual final formalities remaining before the transfer can be officially announced.

Torres will provide Luis Enrique with another major attacking option. Able to play through the middle or on either wing, the Spanish international also has the advantage of already knowing the PSG coach’s tactical principles. At 26, Torres is preparing to begin a new chapter of his career after his spell at Barcelona and, barring a late twist, that chapter will be written at Paris Saint-Germain.
