No one is exempt. Dembélé, Mbappé, Zaïre Emery, Hernandez… Luis Enrique wants to set aside egos and implement regular turnover at PSG. This hasn’t been seen for many years. Why? To preserve the players, but also to ensure everyone feels involved.
“It gives confidence and important minutes to all players or to the majority. I can’t give minutes to everyone, I can’t be hypocritical,” he said in a press conference on Tuesday.
“Twenty players are better than 11 or 12. Twenty-three players determined to win titles make it easier. We are alive in all competitions and all players should think they can play.”
