Thiago Motta is set to become the new head coach of Juventus Turin, according to Fabrizio Romano.

It’s official. Thiago Motta will succeed Allegri, who was abruptly dismissed at the end of last season. The former Bologna coach and PSG player is set to join the Italian club.

“The plan for Juventus to officially sign Thiago Motta is confirmed for next week. It will take place between Tuesday and Wednesday,” announced journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Thiago Motta will sign a contract until June 2027. Juventus had also held discussions with Zinedine Zidane, but the French coach did not seem to pursue the opportunity.
