According to reports from the Italian press, a contract extension for Gianluigi Donnarumma with Paris Saint-Germain seems imminent.

Tuttosport suggests that the goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is set to extend his contract until at least 2028, with the possibility of an extended agreement until 2029. A meeting is scheduled before the Euros between Enzo Raiola, Donnarumma’s agent, and PSG’s management to finalize the details.

The club’s management is convinced that Donnarumma will become the best goalkeeper in the world, thus strengthening their confidence in him for the seasons ahead, as reported by Tuttosport.

However, PSG is likely to secure a solid backup for him. According to L’Equipe, Paris Saint-Germain is considering recruiting a second goalkeeper to serve as a backup. Lucas Chevalier is mentioned as a favored option for this role.

Meanwhile, Arnau Tenas, the current goalkeeper, aims to secure more playing time and could be loaned out. His quality has been recognized by Luis Enrique’s staff, opening up the possibility of a loan move for the player.
