Paris Saint-Germain could have another surprise in store before the transfer window closes. According to PSG Inside Actus, the French champions are seriously considering reviving their interest in Junior Kroupi, although any move would directly depend on several departures from the attacking department.
Eli Junior Kroupi could still sign for PSG despite undergoing surgery and facing a lengthy recovery period of three to four months. The main condition would be the joint departures of Bradley Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye. If both forwards leave PSG in the coming weeks, Paris could then make a concrete move to try to sign Kroupi.
Barcola and Mbaye Departures Could Unlock Kroupi Deal
In this scenario, Kroupi would initially arrive as an additional option in Luis Enrique’s attacking rotation. The objective would be to maintain sufficient squad depth following the potential departures of Barcola and Mbaye, while giving the young Frenchman the opportunity to fight for a place in the starting eleven. His role could quickly grow, however, as Kroupi is considered a player capable of taking another step forward and eventually becoming an important part of PSG’s attack.

The cost of the deal would also depend on the sales completed by PSG. The departures of Barcola and Mbaye could generate a significant amount of money and give Paris greater financial flexibility in negotiations. However, the club would not want to make an excessive offer and would instead look to reach an agreement considered reasonable.
The final days of the transfer window could therefore prove decisive. If Bradley Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye do leave the French capital, the Junior Kroupi deal could quickly become one of PSG’s major priorities as the club looks to complete its attacking options.
